AN
ONLINE MAKEOVER
FOR MARKET DOMINANCE
Situation:
Valley Plastic Surgery Center hired AgileCat
to give them a major edge online over the large number of
plastic surgery centers in this ultra-competitive industry.
Valley Plastic Surgery Center had aggressive goals in terms
of look/feel, usability, presentation, and increasing the
right kind of unique visitors to the site.
Agile Action:
After deep research of the Valley Plastic Surgery brand,
AgileCat transformed Valley Plastic Surgery Center into
DiBello Plastic Surgery, complete with
the tagline “The First Name in Beautiful.” AgileCat’s
design team took this authentic brand online through a strategy
that no other doctors has dared - leaving out all before
and after photos, and instead including intimate photos
from nature and engaging, original photos of Dr. DiBello,
the founder. Rather than focus on models as most other plastic
surgery centers do, the DiBello website, in design and copy,
speaks to how each patient is treated, and how DiBello is
always striving for excellence and the best, most authentic
result for each patient. The design and photos within the
website says “1000 words” about DiBello’s
integrity and expertise, and continues to be the standard
in the industry.
Agile
Result: DiBello Plastic Surgery is a textbook
example of AgileCat’s ability to go far beyond “building
a website.” In this case, we developed a brand online
that creates a new category for that brand to dominate,
attracts the right kind of client, and stands in deep contrast
to “follow the leader” websites that are not
designed from a point of power. The DiBello website is meant
to engage from several key points: visual learners, those
focused on words, and those who operate largely on gut feel.
The DiBello website has succeeded on all fronts with prospects
who soon become clients.
The
Numbers: Combining Agile website design
and our alliance with SEER for Search Engine Optimization
(SEO), DiBello Plastic Surgery’s website is truly
in a category by itself, and in the six months since its
development, has seen visitor traffic increase over 500%.
This traffic has lead to new life for DiBello Plastic Surgery,
as prospective clients have connected with a brand we built
online that remains in a class by itself. In turn, DiBello
has seen business increase sharply in terms of prospects
reaching out to this Plastic Surgery Center and engaging
them for a consultation.
